Made for Salford mornings

Foster Perk began as a small kiosk on Peel Park Crescent. Today, it is a warm neighbourhood hub for carefully made coffee.

People matter before the pour

We buy through trusted partners linked to family farms in Colombia and Ethiopia.

How we work

Good coffee needs a clear chain

We look for direct-trade relationships and traceable lots, then roast with care in Salford. Our certified coffees include Fair Trade and Rainforest Alliance options. The result is a menu with a place behind every bean.

Traceable sourcing with long-term farm partnerships.
Micro-roasting that brings out each origin's character.

Every cup has a purpose

A short black, a slow catch-up or a pastry before the park.

"The best part is seeing the same people return, then bring someone new."
